How To Make The Most Of Your Experience

Live theatre at LTWW is meant to be the event of your day!

Curtain Times For Performances
Friday and Saturday: 7:30 PM
Sunday: 2:00 PM

Doors to the Theatre open ONE HOUR BEFORE CURTAIN TIME.

**Doors to the theatre will lock promptly at the conclusion of the Curtain Speech by the Director, which is typically 5 minutes after our scheduled curtain time. We encourage patrons to arrive early to avoid being denied entry.**

The Little Theatre of Walla Walla opens its doors and the Box Office ONE HOUR before curtain time for each performance. At the Box Office, you can purchase tickets for any performance of the current production. For complimentary tickets, you cannot process them through our on-line ordering system, so you will want to get to the theatre early and reserve your seat, provided the show is not sold out.

The Mildred Stewart Room (downstairs intermission area) also opens one hour before the curtain time. In this room, you will find the history of The Little Theatre of Walla Walla through our scrapbooks, cast photos of past productions, an Artist Gallery that features local artists each production and a slide show presentation about the current production and sponsors. The Mildred Stewart Room is also where our Refreshment Bar is located.

The Refreshment Bar features a selection of wines from 3 of our 130+ local wineries. Also featured are two craft beers from one of the locally owned breweries. We also have a small assortment of 8 oz. cans of Coke products.

Current Featured Wines
Capital Call - Red Blend $9
Gard Vintners - Syrah $9
Dusted Valley - Sauv Blanc $9

Beer By Burwood
Pilsner $6
Hop Locker IPA $6

Assorted Soda (8oz) $1

The staple of The Little Theatre of Walla Walla is of course our complimentary cookies and coffee, which are available only during intermission. We proudly brew decaf coffee from Walla Walla Roastery. Ice water is available pre-show and during intermission.

Will Call & Auditorium Opening

The Will Call bench of The Little Theatre of Walla Walla is located inside the main entrance of the theatre. Will Call is manned by the LTWW Board Representative for the performance. Will Call will begin handing out tickets roughly 45 minutes before Curtain Time. We have moved the bench to be across from the Box Office, so patrons do not have to wait outside, especially during inclement weather. This change helps alleviate congestion in the entry by providing access to both sets of stairs heading to the restrooms and the Mildred Stewart Room.

The Auditorium remains closed pre-show at the discretion of the Stage Manager. Once the set, cast, and crew are ready to go, the Stage Manager will approve the auditorium ready for patrons. Patrons are not permitted into the auditorium beforehand. Entrance into the auditorium is typically granted 30 minutes before curtain time.

Opening Night Gala

Live-Theatre is meant to be an event and we like to celebrate the opening of every production! In an effort to celebrate the production and our patrons, we provide complimentary hors d'oeuvres catered by a local business. We use the term “Gala” in a historical sense because that is what we have called it for years. Gone are the days of being dressed in suits and dresses for this event, but feel free to do so if you feel inclined! We would love it!

Theatre Etiquette

  1. Be aware of your theater going neighbor.

  2. Power Down. Turn off all electronic devices, and watch the play instead.

  3. There is no photography or videoing allowed in the theater, unless otherwise stated at the beginning of the play.

  4. Use Judgment. Don't feel obligated to give everything you see a standing ovation.

  5. Prepare For Bliss.
