Tickets and Flex Pass Reservations become available the Monday of the week preceding a production's opening.

In-Person Box Office and the Box Office Email are ONLY Attended during performance weeks of the current production.

  • Wednesday & Thursday: 4 pm - 6 pm

  • Performance Nights (Friday & Saturday): 6 pm - 7:30 pm

  • Sunday Matinee Performances: 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

  • Special Events: Hours listed with event information

For assistance or inquiries, please email the box office, and we'll respond promptly. Volunteers are available to assist with ticket purchases during the specified times only.

Our online purchasing website operates similarly to other online stores:

  • You need a Login (requiring the use of an email).

  • You need a Password.

Please retain this information as it will be necessary for future purchases of tickets, merchandise, or other available items on our site.

If you're unsure whether you have an account, enter your email and choose the “forgot password” option to retrieve your password. If an account exists, you'll receive instructions for resetting your password. Avoid creating duplicate accounts, as this complicates transaction tracking and necessitates volunteer intervention to rectify.

Couples should use a single online account, utilizing the same email and password. Please include both names in your profile to indicate shared account usage.

To make online reservations with your season pass(es), you MUST use the login information associated with your pass package(s) to access available benefits.

Tickets will be issued as E-Tickets (sent to your email or phone) or picked up at Will Call at the performance date, as selected at check out. LTWW does not print tickets and mail tickets to you in advance.

Season Packages
Season Pass Packages are available in September and include 4 seats, usable in various ways: 

  1. Save Your Seat
    Available until the final performance of the first production, allowing selection of advanced attendance date for each production and your selected seat (for all four productions). This is the only way to make your reservations for productions later in the season, in advance. You can still change your date of attendance should you need to, but you may have to change seats.

  2. Flex Pass
    Available until December 31, of the current season, offers the ultimate in flexibility seating. You get four (4) seats and complete flexibility in how to use those seats during the season. You can use one seat per production, all four seats on one production or in any combination that works for you. You still need to make reservations for your seats in advance of a performance. Unused tickets do not roll over from season to season though.

    In 14 words… 4 tickets credited to your account to use in any combination during the season!

LTWW Membership is included with the purchase of either season package. LTWW is a 501(c)3 Membership Non-Profit Organization. Members are invited to the annual Membership Meeting each spring to vote on proposed policies and participate in Board Member Elections. The Membership Meeting is also where the next season is announced publicly. All LTWW Board Members are required to hold a current LTWW Membership.

To ensure access for individuals who may need accommodations, these seats remain on hold and are ONLY available to be purchased by contacting the Box Office during hours of operation or by emailing the box office.

Returns
While our preference is to avoid returns, we accommodate for illnesses and performance date exchanges. If you are unable to attend any of the remaining available dates, our primary offer is to issue a credit voucher on your Little Theatre account to prevent ticket fee charges back to the theatre. This voucher grants a full refund and can be used for any future purchase, mitigating financial impact on the theatre.

Reselling
The Little Theatre of Walla Walla is a non-profit organization operated primarily by volunteers. We rely on financial support from our community to cover operational expenses, so we very much discourage the practice of reselling tickets. Reselling the tickets, especially above the price we sell them at, is detrimental to the time and effort of all the cast, crew,and the other volunteers who put in thousands of hours to make the show. 

If you cannot make a show, please contact us! If a show is popular, we often have a wait list of patrons.
